Primeiramente abra a barra de cheats pressionando Ctrl Shift C
Em seguida digite testingcheats true e depois tecle Enter
Após a operação digite: cas.fulleditmode
Segurando a tecla Shift clique no sim desejado e selecione Editar no Criar um SimSimples e prático
faz Ctrl+shift+c e coloca testingcheats true depois vc escreve cas.fullesditmode
quando ja tiver ffeito isso clica com o botao esquerdo+shift em seu sim e clica na opção modificar em criar um sim e PRONTO!!
